New with tags – unworn, with original tags
New without tags : unworn, without tags
Preloved Top : worn, but very well cared for, hardly any visible signs of wear.
Preloved Good : lightly worn, with minor signs of wear, overall in good condition

Yes. You have a 14-day return policy . For items without their original tags, we will add a BEYOND38 tag to each item. The item must be returned unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
